Common questions

What is Woodrow's private agent?

A personal AI agent that works across your email, calendar, documents, and apps. It can research, schedule, browse, and take action for you, with persistent memory and your approval on anything that matters.

Your messages, memories, tool calls, and credentials are encrypted, and Woodrow employees cannot read them. To run the AI model, your data is briefly decrypted in memory and then destroyed. We will publish our security architecture and threat model so you can see exactly where and when that happens.

Woodrow runs on Claude Opus 5.5 through AWS Bedrock with zero data retention. You get a state-of-the-art model, and your data is never used to train anything. You can also choose to run inference on your own AWS key.

You control which write actions are allowed. Anything that could send information out of your account gets extra checks before it runs.
