Build Accurate
AI Agents for Your
Law Firm
Woodrow builds reliable AI agents for the work your firm repeats every week, from client inquiries and prebills to discovery responses and court deadlines.
What law firms hand off to Woodrow
Intake, discovery, docketing, client updates, billing. Each agent follows your firm's rules, pauses for review where you decide, and keeps a record of every run.

IntakeConflict checkRuns new-matter names against your conflicts database and prior matters, and drafts a summary of any hits for review before the matter is opened.→
LitigationDiscovery responses and objectionsReads each incoming discovery request, applies your firm's response principles, and drafts the answer or the objection with its reason for the responsible attorney to review and sign.→

BillingPrebill reviewChecks unbilled time against client guidelines, flags block billing and missing narratives, and drafts prebills for review.Your expert agent builder
Woodrow works like an engineer behind the scenes, building, running, and improving your agents, so you don't have to.
Your practice management system renamed the Served date field to Date of service on discovery requests. I remapped the field so the response deadline still counts from it, and checked the open sets against their calendar entries to verify. Would you like to save this update?

Common questions
Woodrow has 70+ integrations and can access tools even when APIs fall short or don't exist. Tell Woodrow which systems your firm uses and it builds the agent around them.
Only where you decide. Agents can work on their own, pause for review, or wait for approval. You can always start with drafts going to the responsible attorney for review and send them automatically later.
No. The agents Woodrow builds handle the administrative work around a matter: intake, conflict checks, deadlines, status updates, and first drafts. The responsible attorney reviews and signs anything that goes out.
It applies the principles that you set, such as what counts as overbroad, what is proportional for a matter of that size, and what is privileged, and it states the reason on each objection. Anything it isn't sure about is flagged for the attorney.
Your clients' details stay private. Woodrow encrypts everything it stores and sends, keeps names, matter details, and other sensitive information away from the AI models unless a step needs them, and never uses your data to train those models. An independent firm audits Woodrow's security every year, producing the same SOC 2 Type II report that enterprise companies ask their vendors for.
